making and using buttons in Flash AS 3

Exampe of code needed in order to create buttons in Action Script 3.
today i made functional buttons in Flash AS 3. AS 3 or Action Script 3 has a really different way of making buttons compared to AS 2. it is different as in AS3 you cannot put code into an object, as it has to go inside its own frame.
